Fleet Manager for one of our large international customers
Role description
We are looking for a committed Fleet Manager who is responsible for optimizing and streamlining the Rental truck fleet with one of our large customers. The location is in Malmö, Sweden or in Horsens, Denmark, as a part of the local team, but you report to Head of International Fleet management in Hamburg.
Key responsibilities/tasks
- Establishing a trusting cooperation with all Jungheinrich business areas and Sales Units involved
- Execution of proactive asset/fleet management efforts.
- Identifying targeted measures to optimise the customers’ Rental fleet.
- Identifying potential cost savings for the customer and the implementation of these
- Perform fleet analyses and track relevant key figures and evaluate performance
- Optimisation of the asset management and fleet analysis tools
- Training the local rental teams in the countries
- Ensuring the necessary and optimal data quality
- Contributing to the optimisation of the processes
- Supporting and supervising the local RFM teams in the Sales Units
- Support the implementation of projects
- Contributing to the further development of the RFM business model
Requirement profile
Education, work experience
- Bachelor’s degree within business administration, technical college, economics, finance or equivalent.
- and/or
- 3-5 years of specialised professional experience with rental fleet management
Expertise, special knowledge
- Foundational knowledge of fleet management
- Above average project management skills
- Fluency in English
- Danish, Swedish or German proficiency is a plus
- Solid IT skills with high Excel competence
- Experience with and knowledge of SAP is preferable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Average product knowledge of fork lift trucks
- Knowledge of business administration processes
